Frequently asked questions for monthly retainer customers.
How long does it take to shoot the videos?
Each video shoot will average 1-4 hours. It depends on how many testimonials and features need to be shot. Customer testimonials take 15 minutes or less.
How long does it take to edit the videos?
It will take 1-3 weeks before the first videos are edited. After that, we will release at least one per week. For instance, on "Testimonial Tuesdays" we'll feature a client testimonial and "Feature Fridays" we'll release a feature on an owner, employee, customer, behind the scenes or latest technology information video.
Do I own the videos?
You will own all edited videos and have the right to share them all over social media and/or DVDs, etc.
Do I own the raw videos?
As for the raw video, you do not own that, but it is available per request at an additional fee.
Will you upload the videos to social media?
Yes, we will upload your videos to social media if you need that service. We'll just need your login information to make it happen. Or, we will send the video to your website designer to upload it to your own site.
How long will each video be?
Each testimonial video will be 1-2 minutes. Each feature will likely be 2-4 minutes.
Do I have editing input?
Yes, you will have editing input. We are open to suggestions. After all, it's the stories of you and your customers we want to tell.
Do I have to pay royalties on music or added stock video?
No. All video and music in each piece is royalty free audio and video.
